Hi! I’m Natalie.

I empower women with the tools to find true inner happiness, when everything says they already have it; creating a life and self, they love.

As a wife, mom, and software programmer, on the surface, I had all that people aspire to, but I was hiding the fact that I was unhappy. It wasn’t until I began a deliberate practice of gratitude and Positive Psychology that I found a place of joy in my life.

I am a passionate positive psychology speaker, coach, and founder of Gifts of Gratitude. Utilizing my vast experience in Positive Psychology, I inspire my clients to create true inner happiness through the tools of positive psychology and gratitude, as well as by authentically sharing my story.

Through Gifts of Gratitude, my goal is to serve as a beacon of light, love, hope, and peace in the world.

The joy of my journey is sharing it with you and serving my work forward in the world.

In 2010, I read an article by Terri in The Buffalo News’ “My View” section and it propelled me into a ride of a lifetime. After reading the piece, I felt compelled like no other time in my life to create a gratitude journal.

I had always been a saver of poems and quotes everywhere I went, writing them down on paper and carefully tucking them away. I went to everyone I knew asking if they could help me with this project. I wanted to create a one-of-a-kind gift for family and friends. Tucked in with all the things that had touched my heart over the years, I found a friend, a local artist, to take on my project. We worked for a year putting on all the finishing details. It was hand-bound, with an Italian paper press paper cover, and put into a beautiful box for storing your own treasures. However, it was so special that no one wanted to write in it.

Phase two of the little journal-that-could was finding an author from whom I could get advice. A friend put me in touch with one, and we got coffee together. She told me about a place in the Berkshires that she said I must visit. This led me to a certification course in Positive Psychology. The journey continued, and led me to people, places and things I could have only imagined. The journal is now on Etsy, transformed again by a chance encounter.

My latest adventure is a gratitude campaign. I started it as a way to help during a challenging time. Not only creating the journal, but also practicing gratitude over these 10 years, has transformed my life. That is my hope and wish for you. Now, you can request your 3 free gratitude postcards. Send them to anyone to whom you want to express your thanks. Together we can send some positivity into the world, one postcard at a time.

A couple of summers ago, I went out to meet Terri Mudd to tell her how much she had inspired me with her article. Now I hope to inspire all of you as this story comes full circle. You never know whose life you will touch in a profound way, and isn’t that what life is about?
