In fact, I struggled for many years despite having "the perfect life" by many standards. I got to a very dark place where I wasn't sure I would come out.
Through the courses I took as I gained my positive psychology certification and consistent practice of gratitude, I completely transformed my life. I realized I didn't need others to change, to wait for things to happen, or to buy that one more thing to be happy. It was about changing the only person I could... ME. That I could make myself happy using the tools I learned and that by moving forward one step at a time, I could find a happier, healthier, best version of me.

Through my professional training and life experiences, I’ve come to understand and appreciate what it means to live a life of passion and purpose. My speaking engagements and workshops are my way to share this with the world.
My mission is to empower you to live, learn, and lead from a place of heart inspired wholeness; engaging the heart, mind, body & soul.
I’m certified in Positive Psychology Coaching through the Wholebeing Institute. I studied under renowned Harvard Professor, Tal Ben-Sharar, and am licensed in facilitating the Inspire Your Ideal Workshop.
I also received training at the Sedona Women’s Institute to facilitate workshops and retreats for women.
