Gratitude is a powerful practice that helps to appreciate the good and begin to cultivate more joy. This program introduces gratitude, explores the science behind its benefits, and teaches how it can be used to increase joy, happiness, and overall health. It opens the door to integrating gratitude into your life with one simple practice.

 

Sensing Gratitude

In this course, we will explore seeing, hearing, tasting, touching and feeling grateful. Explore journaling through your senses to fully embrace gratitude.
