30 Day Gratitude Challenge

My challenge to you is to find at least one thing you are grateful for each day for 30 days.

Research shows it takes about 30 days to start a new habit. If you miss a day, no worries! Just continue on where you left off.

While writing, take a minute to acknowledge and feel the feelings that come up. Reflect on those sentiments, even if just for a moment.

You can do this anytime you choose, but practicing gratitude before bed actually helps with sleep. So bedtime is really an ideal time to write down what you’re grateful for, or even just think back to what you wrote down earlier in the day.

And remember, this too shall pass. And when it does, my hope is that the world will be better for it. It will be if we hang onto what we’ve discovered to be truly important in life, and be grateful for these things always.

As Helen Keller wrote, “The best and most beautiful things in the world are not to be seen or even touched, they must be felt with the (grateful) heart.”
