Find a very small change (kaizen) to start with. Make this small change for 30 days. Why 30 days? It is a proven strategy for implementing new healthy habits in life.
If you miss a day, continue on. I call this permission to be human. I started with small changes that, over time, helped me transform my life. It was miraculous. Start with one small step.
