This 2.5 hour online workshop will introduce you to gratitude and the science of positive psychology and explore how gratitude can be used to cultivate more joy in your life with simple, easy-to-apply practices.
A truly experiential workshop, we’ll dive in to how to use your senses to appreciate and notice the simple joys of life, and explore how a whole-person approach to gratitude can help your overall well-being.

A Little About Me

Through my professional training and life experiences I’ve come to understand and appreciate what it means to live a life of passion and purpose. My speaking engagements and workshops are my way to share this with the world.

I’m certified in Positive Psychology Coaching through the Wholebeing Institute. I studied under renowned Harvard Professor, Tal Ben-Sharar, and am licensed in facilitating the Inspire Your Ideal Workshop.

I also received training at the Sedona Women’s Institute to facilitate workshops and retreats for women.
